Justin is a clinical psychologist committed to helping people navigate stress, anxiety and emotional challenges. Justin’s work focuses on identifying unhelpful behaviours, habits and beliefs that might be keeping you stuck, and supporting you as you create meaningful change.

He often uses metaphors, handouts or drawings to help illustrate concepts or patterns. He has a compassionate and grounded stance and provides evidence-based strategies to help you tackle life’s challenges.
