For over a decade as the CEO and Founder of The Anxiety Clinic, Dr Jodie has passionately helped thousands of people of all ages to overcome the challenges of anxiety. Jodie is an Adult, Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist, Global Keynote Speaker and Executive High Performance Coach working with CEOs, Founders and organisations. Jodie holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (University of Sydney) and was awarded the University Medal for Psychology (UNSW).

After completing post graduate research in anxiety, Jodie worked and trained at Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital, The Anxiety Disorders Clinic St Vincent’s Hospital, Sutherland Hospital, and The Child Behaviour Research Clinic Sydney.

Across 3 decades of research and practice, Dr Jodie developed her Mind Strength Methodology which was awarded by The Australian as “One of the 50 Australian Inventions Changing the World.” Now captured in her bestselling book and sold globally, The Mind Strength Method: Four Steps to Curb Anxiety, Conquer Worry and Build Resilience, is helping people of all ages to manage and prevent anxiety, stress, low mood and burnout, build confidence and live their best life professionally and personally. It is equipping people with the tools to achieve success and flourish amidst uncertainty.

She is an Advisory Board Member for The Resilience Project and not for profits Gotcha4Life and Streetwork, a Parenting Advisor for Parent TV, and a highly sought-after expert for TV, radio, digital and print, including Sunrise, Today, The Australian, SMH, Marie Claire, Vogue, leading podcasts and more.
