Eirini is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working across school settings, corporate organisations, government agencies, and private practice. She brings a calm, confident, and highly professional approach to her work, providing psychological services to individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through to adulthood.

Eirini has extensive experience supporting lifespan presentations with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, mood and depressive disorders, trauma, relationship difficulties, personality factors, and adjustment to complex life circumstances. She also has a strong background in organisational psychology, with experience supporting individuals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, role transition, and adjustment to organisational change.

Her therapeutic approach is person-centred, collaborative, and evidence based. Eirini draws on a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness and emotion-focused therapies. She has a person-centred approach with a focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping strategies.

Eirini has expertise in comprehensive clinical assessment, including differential diagnosis using gold-standard psychometric tools. She conducts in-depth neurodevelopmental assessments as well as cognitive, functional, and psycho-educational assessments, including evaluations for Specific Learning Disorders. Her assessment approach is individualised, integrating both quantitative and qualitative data to develop a nuanced understanding of each person’s profile. Her clinical work is grounded in a neuro-affirming and strengths-based framework, recognising individual differences and supporting clients to understand and work with their unique profile.

Eirini holds a Master of Clinical Psychology, Master of Counselling Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Psychology, a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Education.
