Tayla is a clinical registrar who completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Tasmania. She has experience working with children, adolescence, and adults across both public and private settings, supporting neurodiversity and a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, personality disorders, and stress.

Tayla works collaboratively with each person to build insight, resilience, and practical skills for meaningful, lasting change. She offers a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore challenges at their own pace, while feeling genuinely supported and understood.

Tayla draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy, as well as trauma-informed and mindfulness-based practices. She tailors therapy to each individual’s needs and goals, with a focus on helping clients feel more confident, capable, and empowered in their everyday lives.

Tayla is a member of the Australian Psychology Society (APS).
