Lockdown Is Over So Why Do I Feel Anxious?

Many of us have been through more than 100 days of lockdown and if you’re in Melbourne, many many more. With restrictions finally being lifted, many of us are thinking, why do I still feel anxious, nervous and general unease? Why don’t I feel myself?
