Dr Jodie Lowinger is the CEO and Founder of The Anxiety Clinic. Jodie is a Clinical Psychologist and has worked in organisational, hospital and community settings for more than 20 years. Jodie holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science (University of Sydney) and was awarded the University Medal for Psychology (UNSW).

Jodie developed her skills in anxiety treatment at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at St Vincent’s Hospital, the Boston Children’s Hospital, Sutherland Hospital, The Child Behaviour Research Clinic in Randwick and other community settings. Jodie has worked and trained at Harvard Medical School.

Jodie’s groundbreaking methodology and book The Mind Strength Method: Four Steps to Curb Anxiety, Conquer Worry and Build Resilience is receiving international acclaim to help people of all ages to build mental strength, achieve success and flourish amidst uncertainty.

She is an Advisory Board Member and Mental Health Ambassador for not-for-profits including Gotcha4Life, and a Parenting Advisor for Parent TV. She is a highly sought-after expert for national TV, radio, print, digital media, podcasts and government bodies and is passionate about helping people worldwide.

Jodie combines a compassionate and engaging personal style with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
